Theres been a 2 things that have really started to annoy me in regards to people and combat:

1) Ditching: I wont name name's but theres an inmate ive helped in combat and twice its happened that just as the combat is going south for our side he mysteriously disconnects or 'Has to go' , only to appear an hour or so later back into the sim. I know it could have been ligitimate but still the coincidence makes me suspicious that this person is bailing out of combat by logging to avoid the consequences of being defeated or beaten up badly.

2) Side Swapping: This really bugged me during a fight between some inmates and a few guards. it was 3 inmates against 3 guards, the above mentioned person disconnected / logged and the other decided he was gonna change sides suddenly and help the guards making a 3 vs 3 into a 4 vs 1 , against me unfortunately, and I ended up taking a decent beating while (as far as im aware) they ignored punishing him for being on the side that started it. I kinda think thats unfair to other combatants to be switching like that, especially without consequence.
