Collar

LOC stands for Luminescent Obedience Collar

Safeword

There are two safewords on the BG Collars.

The first safeword releases you from the collar and whatever toy you are trapped in. If you are using the built-in RLV relay, here's what you do to release yourself from the toy:

  1. click the collar
  2. click RLV
  3. click Relay
  4. click Safeword
  5. click Stand Up

This safeword does not remove your #RLV/BGInmate clothing and put your #RLV/BGVisitor clothes back on. It may leave your collar in a slightly hosed state when you reattach it. So attach it, use the main Safeword, detach it, and reattach it.

The second safeword is to release you only from the collar. To remove the collar, here's what you do:

  1. click the collar
  2. click Safeword
  3. Pay attention to the code and the channel it tells you. For example,
[17:02] P-60361 (Timberwoof): Safeword: You have 60 seconds to type 907563 on channel 2948.

    Type /2948 907563
  4. The collar will say
[17:02] P-60361 (Timberwoof): Black Gazza Lock is Off.

    [17:02] P-60361 (Timberwoof): Unlocked.

BG Lock/unlock

The BG Lock imposes some restrictions on your avatar...

  • It redirects your chat through itself so all your chat is tagged with that instead of your name.
  • You cannot teleport to a map location, to a landmark, or at invitation. (This prevents teleporting.)
  • You cannot see the maps or know where you are. (Prisoners don't get radar to see where other people are.)
  • You cannot fly. (Duuh.)
  • You cannot edit or rez anything. (Prisoners should not be able to build.)
  • #RLV/BGInmate folder: put your prison clothes in here. When the tag is activated, you are forced to put the items on. When the tag is deactivated, they come off.

#RLV folder

Black Gazza has defined two folders in the #RLV folder, BGInmate and BGVistitor, wich your collar will use to change your clothes for you. Set the folders up like this:

That lets you change clothes automatically. The folder setup makes this change:

On the left is what I look like when BGLock is on; on the right is what I look like when BGLock is off. RLV automatically makes me take off and put on items in the two folders shown in the screen shot above.

Text Commands

You can activate the menu for a specific inmate's collar by typing the initials of his Second Life name and then "menu". For instance, to access Timberwoof Lupindo's collar menu, type twmenu.

Deactivate (New Collars 2.0 and later)

Click your collar. Select Safeword. You will be given a code and a channel to say it on. Say the code on that channel and the collar will unlock. For example

/3498 791833

Then you can detach it.

Deactivate (Old Collars)

To deactivate your old collar, go to the main hallway. There's a green box: Bump into it. You'll see sparkles and a message telling you your collar has been unlocked. Trash it and get a new collar from the locker next to the green box.
