It's come to my attention that several more people are requesting to play feral-based characters at BG. Ferals ARE allowed. BUT...

• They must be intelligent and able to communicate.
• If they applying to be guards, they MUST be able to perform these duties: Subduing inmates (using collars), restraining inmates (using leashes/restraints), and performing intakes. Need help on coming up with ways? See me.
• They must go through the standard inmate/guard application process. No exceptions!
